-Building Pad (Build, Compaction): 100%
-Site Utilities (Sewer, Water, Storm): 95%
-Footing/Foundation Masonry/Concrete: 100%
-Concrete flatwork: 85%
-Underground Electrical: 100%
-Plumbing: 100%
-Building Shell (Walls, trusses, roof, windows/doors): 20%
