Hello Sir! I've been quietly watching your videos and trying your wonderful recipes for almost 2 years now and I want to thank you for not only sharing them, but telling us about their history. Persian food is so unique, diverse and (I know it will sound silly) full of poetry. When I cook the recipes you kindly share with us, I travel far and explore and discover. I feel happier.
