Is there any time limit while recording and what's your final verdict means for whom this camera is made?

Weather sealing: it is not clear to me what level of protection the s9 camera offers. I’m slowly getting over my disappointment about the lack of a couple of other features (no hotshoe thus no EVF accessory etc). But I have reconciled that this camera is not about ‘workflow’ it is about ‘funflow’. So with that use case in mind I want to be able to toss it in a bag and go to the beach or pool or go camping, and not be anxious about sand, moisture and splashes. If the answer is to use a camera case then it starts to defeat the benefit of the smaller form factor. This is where iPhones may still have the advantage due to their fairly impressive weather resistance.
