''If Black people unite.'' It's not about being ''black,'' black is not a monolithic group of people, nor is it a Lineage. That's not how it works, only a ''specific Lineage'' is owed recompense and redress for Chattel Slavery.

I don't think the paperwork would ever reach the judge desk, it would get lost somewhere!

@BilalMarcus

The case has to be made based upon lineage and not race or skin color

@ReparationsNation

A citizen can only sue the government if the supreme court allows it and no such case has ever been allowed. It’s virtually impossible.

Sue, the families that are still reaping benefits from slavery today. So many of these big-name companies got their start from slavery.

If we all could really stand together as black people and not always against one another. Then maybe so, but no case of this nature will be heard in the U.S Supreme Court. I'm just saying!
