I’m a diesel mechanic by trade, love eating food, not really into cooking that much but watched this video and absolutely loved it. Brilliant display of leadership and teamwork which you’d struggle to see replicated, empowering his staff to achieve a common goal and brilliant production from your team. A lot of life lessons in this one and worthwhile watching for everyone, what ever walk of life! Congratulations.

Great and heartfelt vid, Andy (more like a documentary). A lot of bosses could learn from Ben and the way he conducts himself and treats his staff.

The most important thing I've seen in this video is Respect. That's something you mean is granted but in fact it need to be earned. And when you see humble andy, working as a 'commis' everyone helps him and he thanks them. And from all the videos I've seen Respect is always there

One of the best ‘chef’ vids I have watched. Remarkable commitment by Attica to indigenous food and importantly kitchen culture.

Attica was my first ever fine dining experience with my now wonderful wife. It was transformation. From someone who ate kfc and mi goreng everyday it was eye opening. Thanks for showing the amazing work they do. Ps I asked my fork back after the first course because I said I wasn't finished yet...

I love the variety of content from channels like yours, Josh Weissman and Babish Culinary Universe, cuz I've learned so much about cooking and beyond. To have built my own skills from scratch just at home, the see how professionals bring it all together as teams in a restaurant gives me so much greater appreciation for what it means when people have dedicated their lives to this. 🙌

Fantastic well edited video and you can obviously see the genuine camaraderie you guys had. Awesome crew at Attica and my only complaint was this has no doubt just cost me a killer dinner in next few months - been a while since we last tried ❤

One of your best videos by far sir. Worked in a lot of kitchens when I was younger and the atmosphere and culture were abysmal. The only time I was ever fired was for sorting a chef out who was bullying a KP.

Loved this episode, chef. Feeling like your community matters is really important for me to feel during these hectic times - and that’s universal.

Spending 48 hours in the Attica kitchen was an insane experience. The camaraderie and passion amongst these chefs and front of house is incredible - made me miss working in professional kitchens.
Ben Shewry has built something really special. If you want to see what goes on in the Attica kitchen and what it takes to deliver a new menu in 1 day, check out the latest video.
