God bless you. Btw, the improvement in animation and cinematic detail compared to Operation Overlord D-Day and the Russian-Japanese War is very obvious.

The details in your animation is astonishing. The thing I love the most about this screenshot is that you even went though the time to make the magazine of the AKS-74U be less curved than that of the AKM next to it.

They also used a few PPsh41, M16A1 from US, captured British Lee enfield rifles and Markarov pistol for their side arm.

In the rugged mountains of Afghanistan’s land, A Soviet soldier, rifle in hand. His eyes reflect the harsh, barren terrain, Where duty and despair are a constant refrain. The sun beats down on this war-torn place, A land of conflict, where shadows chase. Far from home, he feels the strain, Of battles fought in endless pain. His comrades fall, one by one, Beneath the blazing Afghan sun. The valley echoes with cries and tears, A haunting symphony of soldiers' fears. He remembers Moscow’s snow-covered streets, Where life seemed simple, full of familiar beats. Now, in a foreign land so stark, He fights in a war that leaves its mark. The Mujahidin lie in a trench, a line so firm, Their defiance a lesson, a soldier must learn. Faces hardened by relentless strife, Their resolve as unyielding as the knife. He faces them, a foe so near, Their presence a testament to all he fears. In the chaos, amidst the fight, He wonders if he’s on the side of right. In the silence between the gunfire’s roar, He ponders the reasons, what it’s all for. Promises of glory, of honor and pride, Seem hollow now, as friends have died. The village stands in ruin’s grip, A testament to hardship, a war’s cruel slip. Civilians caught in the crossfire’s wake, Their lives shattered, hearts that break. One day, the evacuation comes, A helicopter’s blades, distant drums. But there’s no room for all to flee, He stands his ground, a tragic decree. A fellow soldier, in panic, betrays, Shoots an ally in the chaotic fray. Kouinia, left with a choice so dire, Escapes the madness, the friendly fire. In the twilight’s glow, as the sun sets low, He reflects on the path that led him so. The mission complete, yet at what cost? The weight of loss, of innocence lost. For every battle, a soul must pay, A price in blood, in lives that sway. Kouinia’s tears fall silent and slow, For the men he’s lost, the foe and the woe. Years will pass, and stories will fade, But the scars remain, in the mind’s shade. The Soviet soldier, in a distant land, Bears the burden, forever unplanned. In Moscow, the snow still falls, Covering the streets and the cold, grey walls. But in his heart, the memories burn, Of Afghanistan, where lessons are stern. War leaves its mark, a bitter trace, On every soldier’s weary face. Kouinia knows, with a heavy sigh, The cost of war, the endless why. So in the silence of the night, He finds a moment, a brief respite. For though the pain will never cease, In remembering, he finds some peace.

As many of you know, the Soviet-Afghan War saw the use of a various arsenal. More often than not, weapons of one side would be turned on their owners by the other side. From Chinese manufactured Type 56's to American-made "Stinger" launchers, this conflict was really a salad of everything available in the world at the time. However, more often than not, the Mujahedeen fighters had to rely on captured Soviet equipment, most notably AKM and AKM-74 rifles.
