I think a great subject would be The Shoemaker by Flora Rheta Shreiber, she also wrote Sybill I believe. Great book. You may need two parts to it

So are we doing third wave feminism next. That would be cool to talk about the flip side of the coin.

As much as Elliott Rodger's actions were despicable and evil, I do feel for the insecure boy desperate to fit in that he once was. When you examine his story in detail, what's especially striking is his gradual mental degradation over the years, the more he experienced failure and alienation. I think the biggest mistake of his parents was to leave him alone in Santa Barbara. This kind of "California beach town" environment is very superficial and materialistic, and all centered around going out. That acted like a terrible pressure cooker for him, when he was already so resentful and mentally warped. They should have taken him as far away from this place as possible.
