Cs2 feels different because of 64tick. If you surf 64tick it feels just fine. Horrible ramp bugs though. Would recommend Source, to anyone who wants a buttery surf experience.

If you have ever surfed in CSGO, there are around 40ish hours to surf left.
You can still technically surf in CS2. I have not tried it myself, but people tell me it feels a lot different and there are not as many maps.
