Jesus Christ deliver us.He is the only one who delivers all of us. Mary is to be revered but Jesus Christ of Nazareth and the Holy Spirit also most importantly the Father our God in art in heaven are the only way to be saved and delivered from our struggles on earth. Praying to anyone but the Holy trinity will fall upon deaf ears.

I don’t think anything can help. Because at the heart of porn is desire for marriage, intimacy, and sex, which for most young men is impossible. Until porn is adequately substituted by women actually wanting to marry young men, it is the only answer. Thomas Aquinas famously advocated for the state not to regulate prostitution on grounds he well describes, and that argument should likely be used today with porn. Should always be accessible for people to turn away from it when they overcome it by their own desire, or allow men to be addicted to it when they have no hope of marriage or ever being free of natural bodily desire for masturbation.
