Not going to buy a Switch 2 until Splatoon 4 is announced.

The Switch 2 price won’t stop me from getting one. The game prices will.

I understand I'm part of the problem. Yes I'll be picking it up hopefully day one along with Mario Kart World. But that's all I'm getting. Next game I will be picking up would be Metroid Prime 4 and after that, Splatoon 4. Hopefully prices go down afterwards for everyone else who decides to wait,

I’ll wait until the holiday season the earliest. At least then it’s basically a given that it’ll be on sale

I'll still get the Switch 2 but at a later date in case Nintendo decides to drop the price or Tariffs go away do there's less risk of an increase.

I was planning on buying one anyway. The price of the system itself is fine, it’s the games that are the problem. If game prices don’t change, I will definitely have to be a little more selective with which ones I want at the current time.

I don't have the savings. Normally I'd buy it and sell my old switch second hand, but the switch I have now is a collector's edition.

I am very interested in Switch 2 and the possibilities but I can wait until prices drop, no DRM, no paywall for chatting, etc etc. I will wait till June to plan

Will be waiting for something like a Pokémon or Zelda special edition. It's too much to pick it up day one.

Probably not until they announce either Splatoon 3: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, Splatoon 4, Super Smash Bros Ultimate: Nintendo Switch 2 Edition, or Smash Ultimate sequel.

I'm gonna wait and see how the sales look after launch. If everything sells super well and everyone who's saying they won't buy it end up buying it anyways, then I'll buy it maybe like a month or two later if I can. However, if people don't end up buying it...
