Loving anything with loop bands in particular and soft ball… I keep coming back to classes with these props. The short 10 min classes are great and love the full body classes also

I would love full body gentle pilates videos that don't but stress on the neck. (Sounds weird but I have neck issues and alot of pilates moves hurt my neck)

Love equipment/reformer on the mat classes! Magic circle, small ball, ankle weights, light hand weights, glider disks, long band, loop band.. ideally 20-30 minute classes but whatever you decide to do will be amazing either way 🤍

Hi Lottie! Just joined your app, loved the summer challenge! I’d love to learn some core strengthening exercises that don’t use the neck muscles, many people I know find curl-ups triggers migraines or old whiplash injuries etc 😀

I like full body Pilates workouts so can work everything in one workout. I like the 15-20 minute ones as do these first thing to start my day. Would also love a 7 day calendar ones so workouts already pre chosen.
