🌎 Yesterday was a day I will never forget. Let me share my experience with you! Theme Park Shark was invited by @universalorlando to preview the exciting new experiences debuting this summer at Universal Orlando Resort. I have some thoughts to share! The park is truly on fire right now, and they are on a roll! 🔥
🥨 We began our adventure in DREAMWORKS LAND, opening June 14th. This new area replaces KidZone at Universal Studios Florida. It features interactive play areas, character meet-and-greets, a new indoor live show, and delicious food and treats. In my photos, you’ll notice I’m enjoying a Shrek Pretzel, also known as a “Shrekzel,” served with green cheese. I know what you’re thinking – it might seem odd, but it’s actually delicious and fun! I also tried the Frozen Ogre Sour Apple Ice Pop, a perfect treat for warm Orlando days. Guests can explore Shrek’s Swamp, slide down a toot’ing slide, enjoy the Trollercoaster, interact with Po in the Panda Village, and much more. Dreamworks Land is a vibrant and exciting addition to Universal Studios Florida, but our adventure didn’t end there!
🕰️ Next, we visited CineSational, debuting June 14th. This is the most incredible nighttime lagoon show I have ever seen. Iconic properties like Jurassic Park, Ghostbusters, and my personal favorite, Back to the Future, come to life with 228 fountains reaching heights up to 131 feet, 4K projection mapping, more than 600 drones, and fireworks! They say 1.21 gigawatts is the equivalent of a lightning bolt, and while you never know when or where it’s going to strike, at Universal Studios Florida, you do now! Watch my clip to see the iconic lightning strike recreated with drones. It’s a nighttime spectacular marvel!
⚡️Last, Hogwarts Always, debuting June 14th! The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade got a new show! I loved it because we got to see quidditch representation within the show and we also got a show with different endings! We saw both Ravenclaw and Slytherin win the House Cup!
🦈 Shark Squad, thank you for everything. Because of you I was among some of my favorite creators and media outlets that I have watched since I was a kid! It was a blast! #universal
