For all you wonderful people who informed me you are not receiving Notifications, I just spoke with an incredible YouTube Support and they mentioned that anyone having issues receiving Notifications might need to go into their
Settings ~ Notifications
And Turn on Subscriptions
This will send you Notifications to anyone's Channel that you are currently Subscribed to and have pressed the Notification Bell to - so make sure you have pressed both. It's free and easy and hopefully will help as well as resolve any issues you might be having with not recieving Notifications.
