So basically this gas unlike catnaps poppy gas doesent make his opponents hallucinate instead it makes them not being able to think straight
For example:
If hes fighting a powerful opponent if they inhale this gas they wont be able to think straight and there strength would become useless And if they inhale to much of it they will die
Devil debil is the only on immune to this unless your someone non organic like seek or cartoon cat
This gas is very helpful even against powerful foes
But he doesent use it much unless its a very durable opponent since his darkness blast alone can make almost anything back off and able to blast through titanium But if its someone freakishly durable his blood smoke will come in handy
There are 2 modes the first one is just an intimidating thing which doesent harm you its just to let you know hes coming (which he controls) like godzilla ultima And the second one is the one i just mentioned which he fires out of his mouth
This makes him almost invincible towards even powerful foes
