We Disassociate Ourselves From Unauthorized Use of Our Footage in State Media Broadcasts and Propaganda.
It has come to our attention that one of our drone videos filmed in Taipei, Taiwan was misused — without our knowledge or permission — in a Chinese military propaganda production. This unauthorized reproduction was distributed internationally by state-affiliated media (CCTV+) and further syndicated globally by Reuters — and ultimately appeared on platforms of numerous international outlets, including Al Jazeera, DER SPIEGEL, FRANCE 24, The Sun, CNN-News18, Canal 26, BBC, WION, PhoenixTV, CCTV itself, and others — many of whom have acknowledged having obtained the material via Reuters or CCTV+.
We take this infringement extremely seriously. The footage is protected under U.S. copyright law (Registered: PA 2-361-746), and we are actively pursuing all legal remedies across multiple jurisdictions.
