I'm grateful for you Dear Mike! I found you and I believe it was no accident. God has a way of bringing people into our lives precisely when we need them the most! I tell my family and friends that I have my own personal Physical Therapist and he makes home visits 😅 Truly, Thank you for your excellent gift which you continue to share with us Seniors

Your videos have helped me work all the muscles groups in my body. As my neuro says, use it or lose it. Thanks for helping me use all of them, especially those we never think about exercising like hands,fingers,wrists and our feet.

Mike ,can you address leg cramps,neurologist and family doctor are stumped ,blood work is good . Happens mostly in evening,walking ,whether slow or fast ,,,anytime really! Thanks
