I have heart disease and AFIB. I track when and how often my AFIB episodes accrue and my sleep patterns. I have had heart rates as low as 34 bpm and breathing rates as low as 7.5 bpm. I also do an ECG recording to see how bad the AFIB might be, and I can send that to my cardiologist's office for their review.

I’ve been using it to monitor my heart rate throughout the day because I suspect I may have POTS or some other similar heart condition. I also lose my phone all the time and it helps SO much to be able to ping it from my watch.

I am almost seventy and used to fall frequently. The fall detection system has been valuable to me. Also if I don’t have my phone on me I can answer it on my watch. It monitors my heart rate and lets me know if it becomes too low. It has allowed me to live alone safely.

I am a senior. Very rarely, I might fall, in which case the watch calls emergency services and sends paramedics. Also, came in handy during an accident. By the time I was ready to call for someone the voice of the emergency operator came over the watch asking if I was ok. Told her what happened and she sent the other necessary personnel along with the paramedics. Bought it because my daughters worry about me. Didn’t want the lanyard device because it’s a subscription and only works at home.

I am a wheelchair user and use it to monitor my health. It also allows me to change settings and operate my power assist device.

Because it’s convenient to look at when I’m working like if somebody sends me a text, I can just quickly tap on my watch and look at it. It tells time.

I am a completely blind person, and I use my watch for navigation, and for all other kinds of applications, it is great, blessings, and best wishes from the blind guy, peace😎

Smart watches are smarter than most human beings, and you could be tracked by people!

Was trying for fall reasons but it turns out to be a failure since I can’t wear it in the shower, where I fall, or nearly fall, the most often! I wanted to use it to track my steps but that is never even close to correct because, since I use my arms to steady myself so they are on walls or furniture as I walk, they are not swinging or moving about as is required for the watch to consider the movement as walking. I was also hoping it would help me detect early signs of my asthma (it is not advertised for this, I just hoped), but it doesn’t even get my oxygen correct in comparison with other trustworthy devices. One other note is that my skin reacts to it. I want to turn it in or sell it.

I use it for strava when I mountain bike. Nice to monitor heart rate, blood oxygen and other fitness metrics. Also use it to control music without needing to take my phone out. Can also read texts.

I wear one because it was a gift. Otherwise, I would still be using a normal watch.

No. Just another expensive gadget to keep up with, charge and potentially get lost and broken.

Tracks my steps, I also work in an environment where I can’t grab my phone sometimes so it’s nice to see notifications come through and all I have to do is look down at my wrist

All the little things I can do without picking up my phone, sleep tracking, workout tracking when I get into it every now and then, navigating on foot when traveling abroad and it tells the time! Oh and it’s the best alarm clock I’ve ever had!

To quickly find my phone, use the walking outdoor app and while driving and using maps the watch indicates right before the exit, turn, place & it’s faster then the voice.
