Blanket pulled and paralysis demon are both scary .. but i think blanket pulled would freak me out more because its leaves so much room for confusion … sleep paralysis is scary but very clear. You know what it is and you know it will end . Lol if somebody pull my blanket , imma be up all night waiting for it to happen again 😂

A sleep paralysis figure is a hallucination. I’ve dealt with them maybe 2 or 3 times in my 25 years of life and never felt afraid

For me, as someone who almost overdosed on sleeping pills, being woken up by someone calling my name is scary af.

The blanket pull would be most terrifying. The other three can be explained by mundane scientific means, touching on sleep science and brain chemistry. However something I cannot see or explain just interacted with the physical world right in front of me.... 😨

Having to go pee and have your cat on your lap when you wake up and refuses to move.

@VeonNoel

I wouldn’t mind being awakened by a tug job.

I’ve had all of these happen to me at some point or another, most recently was the sleep paralysis this morning. I could hear something moving in the bed next to me and someone whispering in the room. I swear it was my husband, but when I was finally able to fully wake up I realized he wasn’t there.

The blanket being pulled off is the most scariest… because then you’re cold 😮

I've experienced sleep paralysis a million times, but I've never seen or felt any entity or figure. It's always me, fully aware that I'm half awake but not able to move or talk or anything.

As a kid sleep paralysis and the shadow figure that would pop up, but after experiencing so much paranormal activity as a kid to my teens, now I tend to ignore certain stuff if it happens around me with no plausible explanation.
