What do you do when you don’t “have to?”

It’s spring break and we’re on a cruise. And while I don’t “have to” get up at 6am to workout I still do. Why?

Discipline. It’s led to a new mindset and a new lifestyle. So now instead of sleeping in I wake up excited to hit the gym, no matter where I wake up.

When you don’t “have to” but do it anyway is where you’ll find success.

(Can you believe I used to HATE mirrors and cameras? Now a mirror hates to see me coming 😆)
