Today I received a desk mat that I ordered in October. But it was worth waiting for it. 😉 And the problems I had were mostly with UPS... Hope you can work it out with them. Love your merch!!

Only ever got half of what I ordered. Was mostly the Diablo 2 pins. I ordered about 15 and only 7 arrived. I live in South Africa, so I immediately blamed the post office in SA. But then I contacted Spring, and they couldn't even provide me a tracking number at all for the missing items, so I realised it was an issue on their end. They did offer to remake the pins and send them again, but the first batch took nearly 6 months to arrive. I let it slide in the end, but now I see it must have been happening to many others. This was over a year ago.

Yeah, I sadly had to refund the Curse you Bayle Hoodie I ordered. I was really looking forward to getting it only to end up waiting for 6 whole months to never get it. I hope you guys can get it sorted. Still love the channel and the animations :).

I'm glad I saw this because I totally forgot I ordered 3 shirts and they haven't shown up yet (from Jan 23). Guess I'll reach out to them. EDIT: Welp just received my first shirt and it's the wrong shirt. Of course Spring is not responding. I'll wait for the other 2 shirts but if they'll all wrong and keep ignoring me I'll just dispute the charge through my bank.
