So I decided to do an updated version of this drawing of Miles Morales I did back in 2019. I kept the overall drawing the same for the most part however I felt the colours could be improved quite a bit!
I dialed the saturation of the colours all the way up and added in some really strong green and purple accents to make it pop more! I think that adding in some more halftone dots really helped give it more of a comic bookish style.
Also added in a white rim light on his head, neck and shoulders to help seperate him from the Spider symbol behind him. Finally, A few strategic splatter marks and a grunge texture overlay finished off this bad boy!
