Circuit - 8 Exercises and 3 Circuits!

You will spend 1 minute at each exercise with 15 seconds rest. The exercises mix arm and leg movements to give you the best workout you can. You will be encouraged to hold weights for some of the exercises, and do not be afraid to challenge yourself on at least one of the circuits.

Keep an eye on your RPE as some exercises will work you at a higher level than others.
