Never found one in Parallel Lines. The textures are a bit different in the Wii version and I don't remember there being any in that version either. I played the Driver series more than can be considered healthy lol

After Finishing driv3r I jumped into Parallel Lines because I deeply loved that game. Found out that the textures are really really poor in Driver Parallel Lines compared to Driv3r. All the Details of the Buildings are flat; if there are any. I know that this game was made for driving at high speed, get chased by the cops and so on…but jeez …in comparison I’ve preferred Driver 2 even more. In Driver 2 you had gas stations different cities with much more different textures…On the other hand its safe to say that the soundtrack in PL is simply amazing. Iggy Pop, David Bowie, Blondie, Marvin Gaye the music surely feel awesome

Well you can't really jump or interact with objects like Driver 3. So I am not entirely sure, even though I've been playing the game a while ago. I am sure that there's ladders in the game for design purposes

I don't think there is one. Unlike Driv3r, Parallel Lines almost has no usable rooftops, and most buildings are too tall for this ladder. In Driver 76 even rooftops from PL was deleted.

In DPL, there are multiple ladders around the prison for the guard sentries. Only they put them up high just to "tell" that we can't climb on them 🪜

Could any expert in Driver: Parallel Lines tell me if there is a ladder in the game? I'm not looking for a usable one, just a prop or texture. I've looked around the city, near buildings and on construction sites, but I haven't found any!
In DRIV3R, there were lots of ladders in the environment. (DRIV3R ladder for illustration purposes).
