Hi Justin. I just came across your channel!!! You have inspired me to start exercising. I have a story. I’ve always been overweight. However, being a nurse, I was far from sedentary. November if 2021 I was hospitalized with severe Covid pneumonia. I was in the hospital over 2 months. I needed help with everything. I was totally dependent on staff and then my family when I went home. I am now totally de conditioned. Currently I can walk about 30 ft before I get out of breath. I’m still on oxygen but am now weaning. My weight has increased from 265 to 460. My legs are very weak. WHERE DO I START???????? HELP????

This month is probably the most important challenge you’ll ever do. This November I’m going to teach you exercises that we’ll be doing forever and ever and ever, me included. This month’s Theme is Exercising for Longevity. We are going to be strengthening the most important muscles in our body, including our brain.
I have a brain activation routine to keep our mind nice and nimble. We’ll be working on our coordination, balance, exercises to help us become less clumsy - and of course, brain gym drills to stimulate our brain superhighways.
