Endurance. You can have all the strength and power you want, but if you cant hit and you cant sustain, all I have to do is wait you out. Endurance is hands down the most important stat. lol

Conditioning, or I guess you can call it endurance against resistance? Whatever it’s called, it makes me feel good and wired awake everyday.

I dont think people understand hybrid. It means that you can do SPORTS that are not related to each other! For example one day you do running, next day you go for 10K paddle boarding, kite surfing, snowboarding. Next day you do strenght training. Then you play baskeball, soccer, tennis, padel. To be hybrid athlet you can do very good olimpic triathlon, and then be very good in padel, surfing, foiling… all of this trainning that you put it is foundation to do all different SPORTS day by day… that is hybrid

Running is so underrated I can do everything else but if I don't run I can't get a good nights sleep. I have to run everyday to fall asleep every night 😢
