My favourite Tiomkin score is the one he composed for "The Guns of Navarone". Next would be his music for "Red River", with "The Big Sky" being a very close third.

Dimitri Tiomkin's score for Rio Bravo is one of my all-time favorites. One of the best film score composers there was. As for The Old Man and the Sea, that may be tied for one of my favorite Spencer Tracy roles alongside Bad Day At Black Rock.
