„If you fight for your limitations, you get to keep them” — Jim Kwik The issue with the „trauma boogieman” in the West being the source of all issues is that it gives a solid excuse to not act or work on oneself- because „trauma fucked me up and I can’t do anything about it”. I also find it intellectually dishonest - off of all kinds of variables that play into a person’s state of mind at a given time „trauma” could play less of a role than a daily habit of excessive screentime (I’m guilty of this, writing this comment at 2:25 am on a Wednesday night lol) Btw, as a subscriber since 2017, I’d really love to learn more about you Joseph about your thought process when moving to Japan instead of staying in US , that’s something that’s been really intriguing for me ever since I watched your fasting videos and did my first ever 7-day fast 🤔

What I've Learned - Joseph Everett
Everyone is controlled by Trauma? Is Gabor Mate's logic toxic? (Japanese)
