It doesn't make sense in the universe or, in reality, "oh the dinosaurs can't survive because it's too cold" even though both the first movie and the original novel fought tooth and nail to disprove this discrepancy and the fact that specific dinosaur species are adapted to cold environments even ones within this very franchise "cough" pyroraptor, spinoceratops "cough" it also destroys the entire message of nature not being able to be controlled, and life finds a way EXCEPT NOT ANYMORE as nature can be controlled, and life can't find a way because koepp is a washed-up writer with no new ideas Plus, it also discourages future writers from creating new original stories, forcing them to just stick to a formula because if koepp can't do it than no one can

While i do agree that rebirth isn't the best Jurassic movie, its still a great start for the future Jurassic movies. And the fact that the director didn't know how to continue the franchise after dominion, also shows how terrible dominion was.

David was asked to write a CONCEPT script for the next Jurassic Park from Universal, and get this, Universal USED THE CONCEPT SCRIPT FOR REBIRTH!!!! (This is confirmed btw)

I do not know how true this is so take what I say with a grain of salt
But apparently the writer for Rebirth didn't know how to continue the franchise after Dominions end so he killed off all the dinosaurs which really shows how pointless and stupid Rebirth was
