I listen to pretty much anything from Light Rock to Heavy Metal, but mainly Alternative Metal, Metalcore, and Technical/Progressive Metal.

I'm Brazilian, so I mostly listen to Samba, Bossa and MPB, but I also like brazilian funk, pop, jazz, most kind of rock and rap.

I listen to a lot of hip hop (includes most of the sub genres of hip-hop) and Japanese pop/rock (like Polkadot Stingray, the peggies, Zutomayo, Majiko, COALAMODE, et cetera (but mostly Polkadot Stingray). I also recently started getting into jazz (around the past year and a half). My favourite jazz musicians so far are Wayne Shorter, Wynton Kelly, Bill Evans, Chet Baker, Bobby Timmons, and also the band Fox Capture Plan. I also listen to a lot of rnb/soul (Giveon, The Weeknd, Daniel Caesar, Brent Faiyaz, Alicia Keys, Ama Lou, Miguel, Cory Henry, Elujay, and the Black Pumas). I don't particularly enjoy EDM, western rock, Reggaeton, western pop (for the most part, with a few exceptions), and country.

I do feel like "Rock" would be a valid generic genre worth of being featured in your list.

I cycle through phases of all of these plus indie rock and metal and punk. Right now I’m in my pop phase and I’m listening to a lot of Bjork, Son Lux, Caroline Polachek, and Remi Wolf. I suspect mathcore stuff is next because I started listening to Botch recently again. But maybe it will be classical because I also started listening to John Adams. Point is it’s COMPLICATED.
