Hey all, unfortunately, I have been struck with a summer cold. Which is why there have been a lack of updates. I'm sure many of you could hear from my videos this past week that i was coming down with something. Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know what was going on with narrations, and that my book is available on Amazon in eBook, paperback, and hardback.

My husband usually comes down with a summer cold every year. The mold count is high in Texas this week as some people are sensitive to it-I have found one of the best natural remedies when allergy symptoms begin (or even a daily thing) is to take a spoonful of Local honey (has to be locally made for whomever is taking it). It helps build up immunity to the pollens. I understand your situation with your lungs and things may put you at increased risk for respiratory issues though-so honey may not make an impact much but just thought I’d share anyway.
