You earned it! Just got mine a couple days ago. I’ve never had a cookbook that I had a hard time putting down until I had flipped through every page. I kept getting caught up in the text and photos. I bought a bunch of the “on hand” items you recommended and can’t wait to start cooking.

I pre-ordered the book and have just started diving in. It's fantastic -- and exactly what I needed when I was a newbie vegan 15 years ago. It's incredibly useful now to push me past the old cooking habits and into new flavorful territory. Congratulations for creating an exceptionally useful, practical and lovely cookbook.

Congratulations!!! So well deserved. 🙌🏻 Your new book arrived on Monday and I started reading, bookmarking everything I wanted to try (tooooo many to list). Immediately got the cashew cheese fermenting and the chili crisp made and we just now had the “adult grilled cheese” (sweet & spicy combo). THE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!! I have been vegetarian for over 30 years now 95% vegan for 5 years but getting tired of same old recipes. I love food and don’t mind a little oil and lots of spice. then discovered your channel. It looks amazing it’s doable n the spices are amazing. I’m hooked n immediately ordered your cookbook. Can’t believe how beautiful it is. !

Making bestseller lists was not a goal of mine (I’m more of a process gal than an outcome gal), but I have to admit that seeing this 600-page behemoth dedicated to celebrating vegan cooking at #3 on the list was pretty freakin cool.
