Who taught you to sew? And what memories stick out from your early sewing experiences that you still think about? My grandmother taught me to sew. I still remember watching her thread her old machine, or do handwork. She was amazing. She told me, "It is always good to finish a project." Think of her all the time when I sew or create. ❤❤❤ Love you Christine. Thank you for sharing your life.

What is your favourite thing you've ever sewn? How did you learn to sew and what other things have you sewn before but not shown? Do you do knitting or crochet or other crafts? Also would love it if you made a back pack and dog coat one day😁

I don't have a question. I just wanted you to know that you are an inspiration to me. You gave me the courage to get my sewing machine out of storage and start using it again. I just love to listen to your videos. I always learn something new. I'm praying that you will have an easy time with your treatments with an awesome outcome at the end.

How long have you been sewing? Do you make quilts? Do you like hand sewing? I think you are very gifted in so many ways. You are a joy and inspiration to watch. Especially in these challenging times you are going through. God bless you Christine. Thank you.

Love the Q & A idea. Do you ever sew things for your home and not share with your viewers? Ex: fabric coasters, hot pads, kitchen appliance covers, table runners, etc? I’d love to see drink coasters made out of upholstery samples.

Hi Christine, I am happy with this Q&A session. Do you also do hand embroidery aside from sewing? Other than handbags and pouches, what are your other favorite things to sew for your shop or friends and family? I've been following your other channel and am very happy that the treatments are working well for you. Take care and love your strength and courage! 💓 ❤

I'd love to hear more about your rock n roll dancing/music. Hubby and I love rockabilly music and love going to festivals. We want to learn some swing dancing and get some retro clothing. ❤🤗🙏 from Cathy in Nevad

Id love to have a shop tour? How do you display all your bags you batch sew and is there ever a time you donate any remaining ones to charity or the like so you can fill the space with new inventions? Do you always display all bags you make or do you keep some packed away to "restock"? Have you ever looked into having your bags on display in a craft shop?

Hi Christine hope your feeling better😊I want to make several types of cosmetic/washbag whats would you recommend using as a interfacing, so they stay sat up and don't flop? I tried fleece but its too soft. I love how easy your tutorials are to follow

I would like to purchase some. (MOST). Of your video. I know you’re having to spend more $$$ for gas’s etc. for your cancer treatment I feel that having a copy of your videos would put some $$$ into your pocket 😊. The main reason I would like to have a pitched copy of video is —- I’m going through cancer treatment myself and I can only access your instructions on my mobile phone. A computer is not an able at this time but I have several LARGE totes of fabric I want to get make into bags and boxes. I’m 81 so I’m sort of on a time line to finish at least 5 or more projects. Again I would love to purchase something like a “thumb” drive with your instructions. Thank you. Kaye Richards. Cancer “thinks” it’s tough BUT Were tougher

Hi Christine. You are such a wonderful teacher and inspiration. I'd like to know more about your pressing machine. Do you think it would be a valuable item to a quilter and general sewing dogsbody 😂

I have a problem of collecting fabric. I know you are gifted samples and fabrics and probably have a large stash. How do you organize so you know what you have?

Hi Christine, I was wondering if you've made the key fob style zippered pouch. I guess it's like a little trapezoid pouch with a clamp on one end that can be hooked to a key. Can't explain it very well.

Would you make an in depth video on how to interpret a pattern for shirts or other clothes? I'm just thinking of trying it but don't know where to start. Thank you for all you do. I really appreciate it.

Christine's Home Affairs
Hi everyone. Hope you're all having a fabulous weekend.
Occasionally in varying videos, I'm
asked questions that I think others might be interested in as well.
I'm thinking a Q&A video might be the best way to answer them.
So if you have a question or query about anything, let me know by commenting here.
This week I'm working on more of these popular book pouches😀
