āļøFirst 2 weeks - STRICT CARNIVORE - no fruits, no vegetables, no dairy, no carbs, no spices, no tea, and here is the really tough one for me - NO COFFEEā¦āļø š« Just high quality meat and eggs, water, and high quality salt.
āļøSecond 2 weeks - adding bulletproof coffee
The beginning was pretty tough⦠I really love grass fed ribeye steaks etc, but actually the second day I told Monika that I donāt feel like eating more meat - the second day! That was the day that I also realized how much addiction to caffeine can kick your butt if you quit cold turkey - MASSIVE HEADACHE! š¤ but only for one day. After about three days, I really felt the benefits of nutritional ketosis:)
Itās been over 2 weeks already and I feel VERY GOOD overall. When it comes to mental clarity and focus, I actually feel like a ninja;)š„·

Would you ever try CARNIVORE DIET š„© for a month? I decided to do it as a clinical experiment after doing comprehensive functional medicine testing. Letās say my gut microbiome needed a āresetā, and there are a few ways to do it. I havenāt taken any antibiotics for decades and Iām not willing to, unless I absolutely have to. There are natural microbiocide programs, but quite frankly, they didnāt sound like fun⦠There is also elemental diet as an option, but those of you who know me know that Iām trying to gain muscle mass instead of losing weight, so that didnāt sound appealing to me at all.
