Recently read Hirohiko Araki's book, "Manga in Theory and Practice". Very interesting and informative, would recommend to anyone interested in creating comics or animation or any other sort of graphic media. Was interesting to see the conception of the Millionaire's Village from Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan, even if it was as simple as "I wanted to see what a battle of etiquette would look like." Knowing the simple first step of such a process is the key to replicating it yourself. Most of all the book made me wish I had an editor to talk to when I write and draw, that must be reassuring to have a copilot of sorts. Very cool very swag I like it!
