I’m doing well :) God has been teaching me and showing me the importance & the beauty of repentance. I had been feeling like my faith and trust in God was lacking, I was not as on fire for Christ, I felt distant from God, etc. but I watched a video recently that was really enlightening and I believe that God guided me to the video & provided it for me right when I needed it. Through the video and through God, I have learned and experienced that repentance is truly a gift & that it can bring freedom. I repented a lot last night for a lot of sins that had just been building up in me for so long and I honestly didn’t know how important it was to actually sit down and repent to my Father. I now recognize the importance of it and have realized that I can’t carry it all on my own, but that Christ already died for it all for me and wants me to bring it to him and lay it at his feet. I don’t have to hold it on my own, it’s too heavy for me, but never too much or too heavy for Christ. I now feel so much freer already, and I’m much more aware of my sins but not dwelling on it in shame or weighing myself down in the guilt or trying to fix it all on my own, but rather I’m trying to remember to give it to Christ more and lean on him everyday. I had wanted my relationship to grow with Christ so badly and wanted to be more close to him and my prayers were answered by God in the most beautiful way. I already feel closer & less distant. It’s beautiful how God works and what he has done for us through Christ 🤍 I could go on and on, but I’ll stop for now :) Praise Christ always! He has saved me!
