• The Management of Stock: Effectively managing stock levels in order to fulfil the requirements of the organisation and eliminating waste is a crucial element of the job.
• Accurate Escalation, Problem Solving: If you encounter problems, it is recommended to escalate the issues to management, who will intervene promptly, which will ensure that operations run smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills Needed
To be a successful ITAM Analyst for Deloitte, you’ll need the following skills:
• Education Background: A BE/BTech or equivalent degree in Mechanical, IT or any other engineering stream and an MBA with a concentration on Operations or Finance Management at Tier 2 and Tier 3 universities. A ITIL Foundation certification is also need.
