I’m putting together a tutorial for Bakasana. Which other poses would you like to see?

Hi Tim! Perhaps a "Pose(s) of the Day" YouTube short series that shows and explains how to get into and transition out of particular poses. Defining each one with some detail.

I know it's super simple, but I cannot get Dandasana. Maybe with more practice and stretching I will get there, but my lower back is always rounded. Is it simply hamstring flexibility? How much of the pose is strength in the core muscles? Maybe a full guide isn't warranted, but I welcome any help or tips you can give! Or maybe a guide on how to stop rounding the lower back in general with all poses.
