It should be mandatory. If the guy is not the father then the woman should be charged with paternity fraud, and her lawyer and judge who decided that he should pay child support should be automatically disbarred from ever practicing law due to the fact that they based it on false information. Even if they didn’t know, that’s not an acceptable excuse for not doing their due diligence.

@pablinkz

Yes, the reason is obvious. It removes all doubts in regards to paternity and also reveals infidelity. It would help men, especially, into not being deceived to raise someone else's child.

@kcirtapelyk6060

Absolutely! Not just for the sake of the men, but also for the children as well. They have every right to know where they came from.

100% mandatory. Women need to start being held accountable. They destroy the lives of the men, children and families involved and get compensated for it.

@anotterwithaphone3077

Absolutely. Also, It should be done by a third party that is allowed to be sued if they are found to have lied.

@herbertwedermanjr239

P/F victim here and yes it should be mandatory. The ramifications of this not only affected my life, but my parents, siblings and worst of all the child who was lied to most of her life until we connected later. The truth is the only thing that matters in life.

@idonojiepius4425

Mandatory! The child is automatically hers & she automatically knows the father... unlike the father.

@downtostandup

If she can say youre the father on a birth certificate without your consent. Then we can do a simple DNA test.

@bencrandall3562

Yes, it holds ALL parties accountable, including the hospital that is taking care of the baby

Yes, mostly to remove the stigma and provide confidence to the father that he is not a victim of paternity fraud.

Absolutely, in order to avoid destruction of what a man has built for himself...

@markfountain5728

Yes. A man should have the right to know for certain if the child is biologically his BEFORE he's declared the father. Too many men have been forced (by LAW) to pay for children that weren't theirs.

Loyalty. If blood proves she's not loyal, then she's deemed for the streets

Not only should DNA tests be mandatory, parental fitness tests should be as well, too darn many people out here having kids even though they can't even take care of themselves.

@je8784

Totally agree, it should be a crime, proven adulterous behavior. Knew guys that still had to pay even after DNA test because of stupid judges.

@DonnielSeymour

It answers all the questions everybody needs to know that's got to be on the hook for it. It's ultimate accountability🧬

@casperdaghost7836

Yes and if the mother was/is lying about the child father, the mother should instantly get charged with defamation of character and fraud. Minimum sentencing as well. 2 years. Otherwise nothing will change and no paradigm shift will occur.

@davidsizemore1452

Yes it should be mandatory. Would stop most of the baby mama drama and untie courts!
