Last night I had some leftover beef from the bottom sirloin. Perfect meat for "Ochsenfetzn", a bavarian kind of "geschnetzeltes", but its braised tenderly and has a quite peppery note to it (Yay! Peppercorn ❤️). It's best served with Austrian Style Bratkartoffeln, some parsley on top and a good guzzle of german beer! Wunderbar!
