There was a dialogue line in the movie Antichrist which kind of meant, "Fear is not dangerous. Danger is dangerous."
We often subconsciously make fear synonymous with danger while processing any situation or when we are planning to do something. This makes taking even a single step forward in that direction a very very heavy task.
Having said that, even after understanding this pretty well, I personally know that I will not be able to follow this thought process all the time. Easy to preach. Easy share with others. But difficult to apply in one's own life.
