the audiobooks of this series are incredible. Also the character work really picks up and gets deeper in the later books

I do enjoy good LitRPG. It's just hard to find Good LitRPG. DCC is pretty good. I can strongly recommend the Threadbare series by Andrew Seiple.

But also sometimes I just can’t get into these cheesy things. Devils for example by Joe A. Got like a quarter through and everything just feels like a James Gunn marvel script. Is there a word for it? Just like snarky-comeback quip-city 24/7
