What do you think Trackhouse's Cup lineup will be next season?

@brittonnevans2208

As fast as Zilisch is picking stuff up, he needs to stay in Xfinity next year. There is nothing wrong with an extra year to tighten your racecraft.

I hope they keep Suarez another year. I get Connor Zilisch is good, but he needs time and not to be rushed

@ming454

I don't see Suarez leaving without him getting another good ride, he brings money and he brings way better results than SVG.

@TheBrollachan

Chastain is the team leader, Zilisch is the future. Personally, Suarez offers more than SVG, but I see SVG and Connor splitting a ride being more likely.

@NeoEonX

Probably best long term to have Zillisch run another full year of XFinity while getting him some Cup experience next year. I think we recognize that it's likely Chastain / SVG / Zillisch long-term, but next year might be a year too early for both to have a ride full time in Cup. Get them a bit more experience first

@HoB_Noir

Zilisch has a ton of potential, but he's also made several mistakes in xfinity that's cost him good finishes this year. I think he needs at least another year before he's ready

@jareddiamond5133

Daniel Suarez has more experience and isn't bad by any means. In 300 Cup Series Starts (2017 to 2025), Suarez has the following stats -  2 Wins, 23 Top 5s, 71 Top 10s, 3 Poles, 886 Laps Led, 34 DNFs, 1 DNQ, An Average Start of 19.44, An Average Finish of 19.11, Two Playoff Appearances (10th in 2022, 12th in 2024), An Average Points Finish of 20.2 (20th), and A Best Points Finish of 10th in 2022.

While Zilisch is proving how quick he learns and adapts to new cars, it would be crime for him to only run one season in Xfinity. He has Red Bull backing, so maybe he would be fine if he struggled in Cup for a few years, like Byron and Logano. But if he does struggle and loses his backing, it would be extremely sad to see such a prospect to be pushed out of the sport for being rushed into Cup.

At this point SVG really should be a road course ringer only.

@thisisacemoneymaker

and they just dropped suarez

Zilisch replacing Suarez would be interesting but it’s important not to rush him to Cup too early

@hgreenly333

Same as this year. If Trackhouse wants to fire drivers for underperforming, they have to do better at the shop first.

@AverageWeezerFan

Suarez might go down to Xfinity, maybe Kaulig? Williams has been underperforming from the jump, seems like it could be a good fit for him.

@Antonio_.27-f2r

Zilisch is good but I feel like he needs one more year in Xfinity, before they call him up to the big leagues. I mean you wouldn’t want him to end up becoming another Hailee Deegan or Danica Patrick.

Zilisch isn't ready for Cup.

@Aidansmid224

Need to see how Zilitch does in the 600 first

@csxtrainfan7319

Keep Zilisch in xfinity till 2027, that’ll give him time to develop and recover from his injury

5 months ago | 2

@jozimoto

Zilisch should ride in Xfinity another year. ( What's the hurry) . SVG needs to show some improvement within the next say 10 races. The entire Trackhouse team needs to show improvement. Suarez can go if he wants. He needs to step it up and do better with what he's got. Chastain is the leader for sure!

@lunamelody2025

This is SVG’s first year as a full-time driver, so I think the hate for him is rather unorthodox and extreme. Zilisch is good, but SVG could be as good as him once he gets a grip with how a full-time schedule works.

@MendocinoRefuseTrucks

I could see it being the 4th option except it’s Zilich/Suarez who split a ride. I think svg needs another full time season on ovals in a cup car (and hopefully with better pace/equipment) before sacking him
