Niko: I feel like he would have something similar to Trevor's red mist, where he would activate a bloodcurdling war scream when under pressure. Probably reminding him of the war, which would make his kills more brutal and precise as the screen would go a black and white color. CJ: I think he would have some similarities to Franklin with the driving, but he will also have the ability to see things slowed down like Michael; this could be a reference to him seeing his younger brother's brain dying. this could possibly be a way of how he would of did things differently for his distance from what he could do in the certain situation he's in. Tommy: I feel like he gains a speed boost; he is one of the fastest, something similar to adrenaline mood when running on foot, but if he's being shot at, he will view bullets being slowed down from his pov, seeing as they directly shoot at him, missing every time from such speed but also being a sort of protection force that makes the bullets miss every time. This is a reference to the ambush he was in. Johnny: Probably him being on a bike could give him a speed boost but slow down his pov of all the other cars passing by but not even matching his speed. Also maybe if cars or vehicles almost directly hit him, the ability will be able to give an auto move that moves Johnny/the player away from getting hurt and evading the car from almost hitting them. He will almost be able to do cool tricks on his bike or maybe any other vehicle he drives. Toni: he would get an angered red boost when thinking of his Ma and Salvatore, and since he wants to make them proud, he gets an adrenaline and bloodlust boost where he might scream out, "For Ma and Salvatore." Where If he takes damage from bullets, his wounds slowly heal him as he only cares about getting the job done. Sorry if most of these are all the same tried thinking of ideas :0
