It is not the government's role or responsibility to provide free public education to illegal immigrants. Or any of the dozens of other programs funded across the country by taxpayer dollars.

Only in America would someone say something so dumb! Education not deportation. Who pays for these kids to go to school? Oh yeah we do! Why do people believe they have a right to our educational system?

I don’t know what’s so hard about this…. No one is against immigration. We like immigration. We just want the people that are coming here to respect the people that are from here. That’s is. By going around immigration law is disrespectful not only to the people that are native to this country, but those people who followed the rules when they came here. What is so difficult about this? I don’t get it….

The increase was most pronounced among elementary school students.
