I drink black coffee with butter every morning. Fast most of the day and eat one meal dinner.

Literally never. Caffeine messes me up, even dark chocolate will give me a buzz, elevates my heart, has me wired for more than a day. It's not good, not for me.

I quit coffee cold turkey a year and a half ago, at the same time as I entered my second strict carnivore phase—living on beef, eggs, salt, and water. That phase is still ongoing and will most likely be a lifelong commitment this time.

Everyday. Heavy cream, butter, MCT oil, and sometimes whey powder. 1.5 cups per day. Holds me till noon.

I only drink it black with no sugar. 2-3 cups a day. More for a different taste to water than anything else. I don't drink it after 2pm

Only when I know I need to be really awake or alert in the day. I used to drink one a day but I get too wired from it, so I gave up the habit.

When I started Carnivore, I did not drink coffee for 6 months. I havent really found much difference between coffee and no coffee. I usually blend it with 1/3 pound of Grass-fed Butter. I work in film, where 12h is a short day, and 16 hour work days are common. Even with high-fat carnivore boosting me, coffee is still pretty much a necessity.

I was never a coffee lover. I just had sometimes for the excuse to have some cream. I realized dairy what was not letting me lose the last few kgs I wanted to. That was last year. The only dairy products I buy now is butter. At the very beginning of carnivore I used to have yoghurt and I knew I was eating a lot more than necessary and I felt I was becoming addicted to it so I had to stop it. Later the same applied with cheese.

I drink 1 cup of fair trade organic black coffee every morning on carnivore. I grind the beans and pour over steaming spring water. No plastic ever touches my coffee; only stainless steel, glass and ceramic. ❤❤😋❤

I gave it up when I went carnivore almost two years ago. When I added it back, I experienced night-time horrible leg/foot muscle spasms, so I don't drink it anymore. As little as one cup causes me the problem.

Before I began the carnivore diet I couldn't drink coffee, it would go through me, and I would get all jittery. I tired coffee a few months ago with Butter blended in the nutribullet and I didn't feel any of the negative effects I used to get but I am so hooked on the Butter coffee that I have heaps of butter in it. Since I started drinking butter coffee I have noticed some weight gain and I couldn't understand why. Thank you Max for clearing this up for me. I guess I just have to limit the butter and the amount if coffee I have during the day!

I absolutely love coffee, I just drink black americanos so literally just coffee and I really don’t mind having decaf either. I know the caffeine probably causes problems but I just love the flavor of coffee and it helps me stay dialed in on carnivore in every other aspect
