I'm so sorry about what has happened copyright really sucks I'm not sure if I'm right about this but according to YouTube copyright strikes are removed on their own after 90 days. However, if it's your first time getting a copyright strike you need to complete Copyright School, whatever that is. Alternatively, you can get in contact with the person who claimed your video as their own and politely ask them to take it back. Lastly, you can submit a counter notification to YouTube, if you believe that your video being taken down was a mistake or that it qualifies as fair use. Honestly, I believe that the first option is the easiest as, as long as it's your first time getting copyright struck which I hope that's the case with you, you only have to complete Copyright School which I think is, like really short but I could be mistaken. One last thing you might wanna know is that you get terminated if you get struck three times so that's lovely beware. That's all that I found and I honestly don't know if it will be of great help to you or if you no longer need any help and you have figured something out on your own but oh well If you need me to explain something better please let me know because honestly I'm horrible at explaining- Anyways, have a good day-
