This was against Canada in this year's Copa America they won. I watched it live. They were about to come out for the second half, everyone except Messi was out of the dressing room and they all stood to wait for Messi. Once Messi came out and was the one in front, he signalled the person close to him and was like let's go. They all started following Messi. That was leadership at it's height. They adore the man
