Lisa Bilyeu

Ever feel like you're speaking a totally different language than the men in your life? Same, girl.🤯
That’s why I finally sat down with Jason Wilson — author of The Comprehensive Man — to ask the real questions: Why do men say one thing and do another? Why do they shut down emotionally? And how the hell are we supposed to communicate through all that?

This is not your average “understand men” conversation. Jason opens up about emotional incarceration, why some men confuse sex with love, and the silent battles they're fighting that we don’t see — but NEED to. There’s a story he shares that hit me so hard, I started tearing up mid-interview. I didn’t see it coming.💔

If you want better relationships, deeper communication, and to protect your heart without losing your empathy, this episode is a must-watch. Tap the link to see the full convo now 👉https://youtu.be/h5JhLNRCj6o?si=qsABU...

It's up to men to change it, not for women to get exhausted with work arounds.

Men don’t have the same social connections that women often do and that’s fully down to the way society socialises us when we’re kids. The gender binary and social expectations don’t just affect women in a negative way and there has to be the space where we as humans we can be everything we are as whole beings. Men need to understand they are wonderful not for being a man but for just being himself and being allowed to take up space. Asking for help is hard when you know what to ask for and where to go and There aren’t enough resources for mental health care and the uk government only keep redirecting resources away from necessary services. I hope that men can find the love they deserve within themselves

Say, I understand and nod. Marriages have lasted decades doing this simple gesture.

What did he say? For me I think we men prefer to cry in silence like fish mostly to avoid female drama once society doesn't believe us
