Didi I am from West Bengal. Today I got IISER berhampur. If I float may I get IISER tirupati or tvm in next rounds. Now my question is how much difference between iiser bpr and IISER tirupati or tvm? If there is not much difference i prefer to freeze IISER berhampur because it is closer to my state or home town. Please reply didi,,🙏
