Heero. He actually made moves, knew when to fold and when to strike. Didn't have a gimmick, and didn't have a naïve faith in the goodness of people. 👋

Hmmm that’s hard one, I voted Amuro because he’s the goat the first gundam pilot & absolutely insane war record. Heero is a superhuman, trained assassin & ace MS pilot so he’s very very skilled just like all the other wing boys. But I think Amuro takes the top spot with his knack for combat tactics & thinking on the fly

Amuro The only advantage of Heero is been natural mindless and zero system don´t "Infect him" Even between gundam boys he is not the top of the "gang" See the fight Death scyth hell vs mercury and violate IAs Duo is the best in ANY DISTANCE!

As good as Amuro is, I think he gets by a lot on being a Newtype. That helping to counter his inexperience (not to mention the Gundams superior specs). Heero has been a better trained pilot and capable of winning battles no matter the suit he's in. This is even without the ZERO System being considered.

Depends on the suit. I'd place my bets on Amuro! But with Zero System I'd give it to Heero.

Amuro. He got newtype magic and way more experienced pilot than Heero. Without Zero system Heero wont be able to compete with any top newtype pilot. Heero would destroy Amuro in a physical fight though

It depends on what machines they show up in rx78-2 vs wing I got the Rx but if the Zero shows up it's and even match

Armuro basically was responsible for the federation winning the war against zeon. If not for him they would have lost.

Heero hands down. Take away the Newtype space magic and the Zero system from each respectively and Heero no diffs Amuro. Heero handled the most powerful, the fastest and most complex of the original 5 Gundams. He moved the Wing in ways that kept up with the Tageese on sheer skill alone, he actually had training unlike Amuro who had none and used his Newtype sense to gain the edge. Take away the NT magic hax and Amuro has nowhere near the spatial and tactical awareness that Heero has as a basic trained human. Even then if you let them keep the magic hax and Zero system the Zero system basically turns Heero into a Cyber Newtype and his training and experience will still bring him out on top.
